  1. Office hours and leaving telephone messages
    Monday, Tuesday, Friday – 9.30am to 12.30pm
    Wednesday – closed
    Thursday – 12.00pm to 4.00pm. These hours are subject to change.
    Please only leave URGENT messages on answer machine. Emails can be sent via the CONTACT page.

  2. How much are class fees
    See CLASS CHARGES.

  3. What should my child wear at their first class
    Something loose and comfortable, soft shoes or bare feet, hard soled shoes for tap.
    Uniform can be ordered at the branches. See MERCHANDISE for more information.

  4. Where is my nearest branch
    See CONTACT - BRANCHES for maps and directions.

  5. Can parents watch
    Only on invited Ballet parent’s days. For Jazz and Tap the opportunity to see your child is during School shows.

  6. Holidays
    Term dates are given in advanced. See Newsletter. We do not close on Monday holidays.

  7. Can I still apply for examinations / shows if I have missed the closing date
    No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

  8. How can I pay my fees
    By post – cheque only
    Branch – cash or cheque

  9. When can my child get heel taps, split soled shoes or jazz boots
    Heel taps from Silver level or above. Any other shoes with the permission from the teacher (for senior grades only).

  10. When do I purchase Character Skirts / Shoes
    You will be notified when your child is ready for this equipment. We do not stock character shoes.

  11. When can my child participate in Presentations, Exams or Show Productions
    When all Fees are paid up-to-date and prior to the specified closing date

  12. My child is 2 1/2 years old in January, when can they start ballet
    2 1/2 year olds are only accepted from the beginning of the academic year in August.
